Seth Blackmon's background is primarily in History and Education. Seth graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He grew up in the Dallas area and enjoy sight-seeing, live music, and tabletop games with friends. 

Board President Plano Conservancy

Lead Docent Interurban Railway Museum

Harold started volunteering at the Interurban Railway Museum in 2009. He became President of the Plano Conservancy Board in 2017. He also helps with the annual Archaeology Fair and Hike Through History.

He is a retired Electrical Engineer and graduate of North Dakota State University.
